While I volunteered my time at Stone Fire Art Gallery, the gallery director assigned me the task of cleaning out and organizing a back room at her gallery. Some of the possible reasons for her wanting the backroom cleaned out could be that the room was cluttered and full of trash.
Maybe something was lost in the backroom and she hoped i would find the object while I was cleaning. She also might have wanted the room cleaned out to make room for something else. Another reason is that she might have been tired of looking at the clutter in the backroom. In order to clean the room I had to remove everything from the room and throw all of the trash in the dumpster.
Some of the outcomes of cleaning the room are, the room was now clean and organized, she had more space to store things, and she was very happy when the job was finished.
